What we collect when you use this site, why we hold it, who it goes to, and what you can ask us to do with it.
This site is operated by DR TUCKLEYS LTD, trading as The Batch House, registered in England and Wales, company number 16544564, registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact us at support@thebatchhouse.uk.

If you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address, phone number if you give one, what you want made, quantity, packaging, pack size and your message. If you email us directly we hold whatever is in that email. We also collect limited technical information through cookies, described below.
We use this information to answer your enquiry, to quote for and run any production that follows, and to keep our own records of work we have done. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, and performance of a contract once a project goes ahead.
Where the law allows, we may also send you occasional information about our own services. Every message includes a way to opt out, and you can tell us to stop at any time by emailing us. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone.
Our contact form is delivered by Formspree, which stores submissions and permanently deletes them after 30 days. We also use a website hosting and security provider, and advertising and analytics providers whose cookies run only if you accept them. Some of these are based outside the UK, so accepting those cookies or sending an enquiry means information reaches servers abroad, protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires.
Other than these, we share your information only where the law requires it.
Formspree deletes submissions after 30 days. We keep the enquiry itself for up to 24 months after we last hear from you. Records relating to batches we have manufactured are kept for as long as manufacturing, food safety and tax rules require.
Essential cookies make the site work and need no permission. Analytics and advertising cookies run only if you accept them, and nothing non-essential loads before you choose. You can change your choice at any time using cookie settings, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or stop our use of it, or send it to you in a portable format, and you can withdraw cookie consent or opt out of our emails at any time. These requests are free. Email us and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
