Getting the flavour locked in did take a while, which was mainly my fault as I am very picky. Really happy with the feedback and the additional tuning Ben included at no extra cost to make sure I was delighted with the outcome (I am!!)

We were quoted 4 weeks but the capsule machine broke, which caused big delays on our order. We did not get our delivery for over 3 months.

We were after quite a unique bottle and had issues sourcing it, which added some delays. To be fair, the communication was excellent throughout and the team did their best to find the closest fit. Several of the finished products were broken, leaked and spilt by the time they reached us, but Ben went ahead and gave us an unprompted 50% refund, which was very generous of him.

The Batch House is pure gold. Other manufacturers quoted me over £8k, which was not realistic for me. Ben worked with us from start to finish and was super responsive the whole time, and the final product is excellent.
