Single-serve sachets for powders: stick packs and flat sachets, filled, sealed and boxed. A travel-friendly format for samples, trial packs and on-the-go products.

For products that need more hands-on development, especially where the flavour profile and final product experience need to be dialled in.
This involves a more bespoke back-and-forth to get the formula right. The cost depends on how much development work is needed but is outlined clearly before any work begins.
We buy every ingredient for you and charge you exactly what we paid. You see the supplier invoice, and we explain what it covers, before anything is ordered.
Standard ingredients come from distributors and manufacturers we have already approved. They arrive lab tested, with the paperwork behind them, and because they are UK-based the delivery times are short, which keeps your lead time short.
Some formulas call for an ingredient outside that list. We still buy it at cost, and that cost includes the fee to have it independently lab tested before production starts.

You get the paperwork, every time. Batch number, ingredient lots, test certificates, specification, and a full composition and allergen data sheet.
Every production run takes place in our food-processing area. Before we begin, we strip and fully clean the room, then set up the line for your chosen format. We dry-clean between runs and complete a full wet clean when the run is finished.
The charge is a fixed £500 per production run. It covers the cleaning and setup work required to prepare the room and equipment, so each run begins in a properly cleaned and prepared environment. Most manufacturers charge upwards of £1,500 a day for the same work.
It is the same job whether your batch is 15 kg or 240 kg, and it has to be done before every single run. £500 is genuinely the lowest we can do it for.
